In my good English… I will try to explain in simple words what this artist residence in Turin, Italy has done to my life and how so many things have changed since I stepped on Europe for the first time in June 2015.
First of all, everything that you see in the movies, the great things that the people say about Italy are absolutely truth.
After a very long flight, my swollen feet and almost loosing a flight in Munich, I was received in Italy with a big smile and a big hug by Marco Scellato, who became my good friend instantly, making me feel like if I had just arrived home. As we drove to the city in his “panda” car, all the jet lag and the exhaustion, disappeared. I was letting those images run through my eyes as if I was taking hundreds of photos with my memory… while listening to Brian Eno in my head. It happened, I was there, I was in Italy.

Marco took me to his Studio, Sericraft, where he creates all the magic and where in few days, I was going to work in my first prints as part of his project “Mission To Art”. I was impressed with the space, the cleanliness and the friendly people who was working there and who I had my first Italian pizza (and beer) with, like a big family.
